Let's uncover what's beneath the surface — physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Struggling with behaviors, movement issues, or performance challenges that don't make sense, despite consistent training? At Breezy Meadow Horse Connection, I look at the whole horse — not just the symptoms in front of us.
At Breezy Meadow Horse Connection, I take a whole-horse approach, helping horses and owners move forward together with clarity and confidence. Rather than focusing only on symptoms or behaviors, I work to understand why a horse is struggling. These challenges can stem from pain, physical compensation, neurological dysfunction, confusion, training gaps, or disconnection within the partnership.
With more than 30 years of experience working with horses of all breeds, ages, and disciplines, I combine careful observation, hands-on evaluation, bodywork, movement education, and training to help horses move more comfortably while helping owners better understand what their horse is communicating.
I can be hired either as a trainer or as a Functional Equine Specialist, depending on the needs of the horse and owner.
Session type is determined by the needs of the horse and the scope of work requested.
I focus on helping horses and owners develop clearer communication, balanced movement, and a stronger working partnership. Training sessions emphasize skill development, movement education, and relationship-building through thoughtful, individualized instruction.
I provide comprehensive, hands-on bodywork to examine the physical and neurological factors that may be affecting movement, comfort, behavior, and performance — grounded in careful observation, thorough evaluation, and years of practical experience.
Never used as standalone "quick fixes" — always integrated into a comprehensive process of observation, physical exam, and functional movement.
A non-invasive assessment and correction method that focuses on identifying and releasing patterns of physical restriction, neurological miscommunication, and compensatory movement. Rather than addressing symptoms in isolation, TBT evaluates how the horse is using its body as a whole and helps restore clearer communication between the nervous system and musculoskeletal system.

Used to support tissue healing, circulation, and cellular function. It can help reduce inflammation, improve recovery, and support the body as it reorganizes following correction work. Laser is applied strategically based on each horse's individual needs and the findings from that session.
Understanding what's really going on allows owners to make more informed decisions about training, rehabilitation, management, and veterinary care — creating a more effective path toward lasting improvement.
I offer both training services and functional equine specialist services. Session type is determined by the needs of the horse and the scope of work requested.
Only available after an initial functional equine session, on a case-by-case basis. Provides deeply guided bio-kinetic support and targeted TBT alignment between hands-on visits.
For time-sensitive troubleshooting or an immediate TBT session outside of regular scheduling.

Breezy Meadow Horse Connection is a traveling service. Travel fees reflect time, fuel, and availability.
A travel fee applies to all local sessions, based on time traveled — $40 per hour drive time, round trip. Quoted at booking.
For clients outside the normal service area, sessions are scheduled as extended-day or full-day appointments. Grouped barn visits are encouraged when possible.
Pricing may include a travel day fee ($300–$450) or a bundled full-day rate ($650–$850), discussed in advance.
Because traveling services require significant scheduling and routing, a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for all cancellations or modifications. Short-notice cancellations may be subject to a full session fee.
Services provided by Breezy Meadow Horse Connection are not a substitute for veterinary diagnosis or medical treatment. I do not diagnose conditions or prescribe medications. Veterinary evaluation is recommended for acute injury, illness, or lameness.
Real sessions, real horses — softening, correct movement, and the small moments that add up.
Groundwork focused on building a horse's focus, connection, and responsiveness to the handler.
Continuing the tracking exercise, building on the focus and responsiveness from part one.
Softening on the long line — building bend, balance, and responsiveness through changes of direction.
Tell me a bit about your horse, what you're seeing, and where you're located — I'll follow up with availability, a session recommendation, and a travel quote.
